भावार्थ:-जिन शिव-पार्वती ने कलियुग को देखकर जगत के हित के लिए शाबर मन्त्र समूह की रचना की; जिन मंत्रों के अक्षर बेमेल हैं, जिनका न कोई ठीक अर्थ होता है और न जप ही होता है, तथापि श्री शिवजी के प्रताप से जिनका प्रभाव प्रत्यक्ष है॥ सहज और सरल भाषा में रचित ये मत्रं अत्यधिक विशेष प्रभाव शाली है। तत्रं विघा को जानने वाले शाबर मंत्रों का विशेष महत्व जानते हैं अत्यधिक प्रभाव शाली माँ पिताम्बरा बगलामुखी के यह मत्रं अपने आप में चमत्कृत है। यदि किसी व्यक्ति विशेष के कारण शत्रु पग-पग पर कष्ट देते है उस पर हावी होते है, तथा हर प्रकार से नीचा दिखाने की चेष्टा करते हों, या षड्यंत्र करके पुलिस कोर्ट कचहरी में फसा देते है तब उसे बगलामुखी दिक्षा उपरांत शाबर मंत्र की साधना करनी चाहिए। यदि किसी के शत्रु अस्त्र आदि लेकर सामने आते हों और उसके सामने प्राण का संकट खड़ा हो जाता हो तथा कोई उसकी जीविका को व्यापार को तत्रं द्वारा नष्ट बंधन प्रयोग कर रहा है तब शत्रुओं को उनके बाल प्रभाव नष्ट करना चाहिए ,जब कोई असाहय हो या सब तरफ से शत्रुओं में घिर जाए और उसे बचने का कोई उपाय न सूझे, तो ऐसी भयंकर विपत्ति में ही बगलामुखी साधना करनी चाहिए क्योंकि।
